If you cannot see them after a few minutes, call the dispatch number on your confirmation and we will put you together.

We deliberately do not run live flight tracking, so the sensible approach is to set the pickup for about 45 minutes after your scheduled landing — that covers passport control, baggage reclaim and the walk out. If you already know the delay is serious, message dispatch through the link in your confirmation, or call us once you are on the ground. We re-plan the pickup rather than drop it.

Three fixed prices for the 22 km: 92,90 € in a Standard car, 106,90 € in a Van and 125,90 € in the Premium S-Class. Each includes German VAT at 7 %, the reduced rate that applies to passenger transport up to 50 km. Nothing is added afterwards — no night tariff, no airport supplement, no card fee, no charge per suitcase. Your card is charged when you book, so the arrival itself is cashless.

Standard carries up to 4 passengers with 3 suitcases. The Premium S-Class matches it — 4 passengers, 3 suitcases — a more comfortable car rather than a larger one. The Van scales: 8 passengers and 8 suitcases, the usual call for a project team or a family with hold baggage. Child seats are free, but each one takes a seat of its own — enter passengers and child seats separately and we add them up, so 3 adults plus one child seat fills a Standard.

The 25–34 minute band holds for most of the day. Because the route crosses the whole city instead of skirting it, a weekday evening peak or an incident down in the basin can stretch it noticeably; late-evening arrivals are the quickest run of all. None of that touches what you pay. The price was fixed before you travelled, so congestion costs you time and never money.

The large sites in Feuerbach have several entrances, and visitor access usually runs through one specific one; if your host has told you which, put it in the booking notes and the driver goes straight there. Hospital and clinic drop-offs work the same way at any hour, with the main visitor entrance as the default unless you say otherwise.

Cancel more than 24 hours before the pickup and you are refunded in full. Between 6 and 24 hours before, half the fare comes back. Under 6 hours, or if nobody appears in the arrivals area, there is no refund — the car and the driver are committed to you by then. Moving the pickup time is a different matter from cancelling: contact dispatch and we shift the slot wherever the plan allows.
