Child seats are added with their own stepper in the booking form, free of charge, and the form sizes the car for you. One point that catches people out: each seat occupies a passenger seat and counts towards the vehicle total. Two adults plus three children therefore do not fit a Standard or a Premium, both of which stop at 4 passengers in total. If the group plus seats outgrows the class, the form moves the booking up to the Van by itself — nothing to request in the notes.

The card is charged when you book, so a change of plan is a refund question. Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and you get the full amount back. Between 6 and 24 hours before, half of it. Under 6 hours, or if nobody appears in the arrivals area and dispatch hears nothing, there is no refund — the car and the driver are already committed to your slot.
