How fast do you respond to a custom enquiry?
Within 30 minutes around the clock. Dispatch is staffed 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. Out-of-office or during high-volume windows we may take up to 60 minutes; you receive an interim acknowledgement immediately.
Do you offer monthly consolidated invoicing for businesses?
Yes. Corporate accounts receive a single VAT-compliant invoice per calendar month covering all rides booked under the account. Discount of 5 % vs. retail fixed-price applies; full audit-trail per ride included for travel-expense reconciliation.
Can you handle group transfers above 8 passengers?
Up to 8 in our own Mercedes V-Class fleet. For 9–50 passengers we coordinate with vetted partner operators in the Stuttgart region; same fixed-price model, single point of contact, single invoice.
Is a hotel concierge partnership possible?
Yes — we run a 10 % concierge commission programme for Stuttgart-area hotels. Concierge gets a one-page reference card + booking-link with hotel attribution; commission settled monthly. Apply via the form below or call dispatch.
Can I book recurring pickups (daily, weekly, monthly)?
Yes. Recurring routes are quoted as a fixed monthly bundle with a discount over per-trip retail. Common patterns: 2x/week airport runs for sales staff, daily clinic shuttles, weekly board-meeting transfers. Tell us the cadence in the form.
Do you serve regions outside Baden-Württemberg?
For one-off long-distance trips up to ~250 km from Stuttgart Airport we quote on request (e.g. Munich, Frankfurt, Strasbourg). Beyond that we recommend a chartered partner; happy to make the introduction.
Which vehicle classes are available beyond the standard fleet?
Standard Mercedes E-Class, Premium S-Class, and Mercedes V-Class as the in-house base. For S-Class long-wheelbase, stretch limousine, executive Sprinter, or accessible vehicles we draw from the partner network — typically 24-48 h lead time required.
