Medikant GmbH i.G. operates this website. It does not itself hold a licence under the German Passenger Transport Act (Personenbeförderungsgesetz, PBefG) and does not operate vehicles. The rides offered here are performed by partner companies licensed under the PBefG — taxi operators (§ 47 PBefG) and chauffeur/private-hire operators (§ 49 PBefG) — under their own licences, their supervisory authorities and their statutory motor third-party liability insurance (§ 1 PflVG). The BOKraft regulation pursuant to § 57 (1) PBefG governs the performance of every ride.

Your contractual partner for a booking — the company that sells and invoices the ride and remains responsible for its proper performance — is named in § 1 of the Terms & Conditions and in your booking documents.

EU online dispute-resolution platform: the EU online dispute-resolution platform formerly maintained under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed the underlying ODR Regulation. There is no longer an obligation to provide a link to that platform. Out-of-court dispute resolution is now handled exclusively under the national VSBG regime (see below).

VSBG declaration (§ 36 (1) Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz): We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute-resolution procedure before a consumer-arbitration board. Customer complaints can be raised directly with our dispatch team at the contact details above; we aim to resolve all disputes amicably and on a same-day basis.

Liability for own content (§ 7 (1) DDG, in conjunction with the EU Digital Services Act). We are responsible for our own content on these pages under general laws. The limitations on intermediary liability set out in Articles 4 to 6 of the Digital Services Act and §§ 8 to 10 DDG mean that we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that we transmit or store, nor to investigate circumstances that suggest illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard begins only at the time of becoming aware of a specific legal violation.
