What people ask before booking.

• What's included in Premium that isn't in Standard?+

  Mercedes S-Class vehicle (versus E-Class for Standard) — more rear-cabin space, leg-room, and acoustic insulation. Suit-and-tie driver versus the smart-casual Standard dress code. Bottled water, German national newspapers (FAZ, Handelsblatt — request specific titles in the booking notes), in-car 5G Wi-Fi hotspot. Name placard at arrivals (we wait at the international or domestic arrivals area). The fixed-price stays fixed regardless of which vehicle in the S-Class fleet shows up.

• Who typically books Premium?+

  C-level visitors arriving at STR for a board meeting; visiting investors during deal negotiations; lawyers between Frankfurt and Stuttgart courthouses; speakers at events at the Liederhalle or Carl Benz Arena. The pattern is "the trip itself is part of the visit's impression management." Standard does the same job functionally; Premium signals.

• How does the meet-and-greet at arrivals work?+

  For Premium-tier bookings we wait at the arrivals area with a printed name placard (your name as booked, on a clean A4 sign). We meet you airside (after customs) for international arrivals or at the gate for domestic. Driver assists with luggage to the vehicle, which is parked in the short-stay zone (we pay the fee, included in your fixed price). For domestic without checked luggage, expect to be at the car within 4 minutes of clearing the gate.

• Can we request specific newspapers, drinks, or vehicle preferences?+

  Yes — write it in the booking notes field. Common requests we honour: specific German daily (FAZ, SZ, Handelsblatt, Welt), sparkling vs still water, decaf coffee in a thermos, a specific child seat configuration, no-smoke / no-perfume preference for the cabin, music preferences (we mute by default), specific vehicle colour from our fleet (subject to availability). For VVIP requests above this baseline, please call dispatch directly.

• Are drivers professionally trained?+

  Yes. All drivers hold the BOKraft P-Schein (passenger-transport license, the German standard), Stuttgart taxi-tariff certification, and have completed our internal premium-class onboarding (route knowledge, customer-service standards, first-aid refresh). Drivers assigned to Premium duty are the most experienced cohort — typically 5+ years on our fleet. Many speak basic to fluent English; full English proficiency on request when booking.

• Is there a discreet-arrival option for sensitive visitors?+

  Yes. For visitors who prefer not to be met by a placard at arrivals (common for board members during sensitive M&A timing or political figures), we offer a discreet-pickup pattern: the driver waits in the short-stay zone, you call our dispatch line on landing, and we direct you to the exact vehicle. No public greeting. Note this in the booking message — we add it to the dispatch brief.
