Questions about the price

How does the fixed price work?

Every route has a fixed price per vehicle class that you see before you book — no running meter. The amount shown in the booking form is exactly the amount we charge. For addresses not in the table, the booking form shows your fixed price the moment you enter the address.

Are there hidden surcharges (airport, night, luggage)?

No. The fixed price includes the airport access road, all taxes, 15 minutes of waiting and card payment. No airport surcharge, no night tariff, no weekend supplement, no luggage fee. The price at booking is the final price.

Is VAT included, and will my accounts department get a proper invoice?

Yes. The fixed price shown is always the final price including VAT — you never pay more than displayed. The VAT rate for passenger transport is set by German law (§ 12 (2) Nr. 10 UStG) and is stated per trip on the § 14 UStG invoice.

Fixed price or meter — what is the difference?

The point is not the cent price but predictability. A meter keeps climbing in traffic and on detours and is only known at the destination — our fixed price does not move. You know the final amount before you book instead of on arrival; on longer routes and at peak hours that is the real protection.

What does a route cost that is not in the list?

The booking form prices any street address to or from Stuttgart Airport at a fixed price, whatever the distance. Other airports and destinations up to about 270 km — Munich, Frankfurt, Zurich, Basel, Strasbourg — and trips with several stops get an individual fixed quote via the enquiry form.

Is there a discount for booking the return trip?

Yes: book both directions together (tick "Add the return trip" in the form) and you get €5 off. Each direction stays a separate booking with its own fixed price and its own cancellation deadline; if one ride is cancelled, the other keeps its price.

When is the card charged and how does cancellation work?

The charge happens at booking confirmation via Stripe (3-D Secure). Cancel more than 24 h before pickup: full refund. Between 6 and 24 h: 50 %. Under 6 h or no-show: no refund.
