What people ask before booking.

• How many passengers and how much luggage fit in the V-Class?+

  We book the Mercedes V-Class for up to 8 passengers with up to 6 standard check-in suitcases plus cabin bags — that is the combination that always travels comfortably, with the rear bench still usable for luggage. Bulky items (skis, surfboards, kite-equipment, golf bags) fit on request — mention them in the booking notes so we send a vehicle with the appropriate cargo configuration.

• Are child seats really included for free?+

  Yes — up to 3 child seats per booking at no extra charge. Pick the type you need directly in the booking form: infant seat (0–13 kg, rear-facing), child seat (9–18 kg) or booster (15–36 kg). Each has its own counter, and the driver mounts them before pickup so there is no parking-lot fumbling. German road law makes child seats mandatory for kids under 12 / under 1.50 m, so this is genuinely a safety feature, not a courtesy.

• Is the V-Class right for a family of four with luggage?+

  Often, yes. The Standard E-Class takes up to 4 passengers + 3 bags in our booking system — a family of four with more luggage than that belongs in the Van (Mercedes V-Class), and from a 5th traveller the booking flow moves you to Van automatically. The Van has its own fixed price per route, shown in the booking form next to Standard, and it is far less cramped: the kids get their own bench, the luggage doesn't need to be Tetris'd into the trunk, and the sliding doors make curbside-loading much easier than an E-Class sedan.

• Can we book one V-Class for 8 people, or do we need multiple cars?+

  Yes — one V-Class covers up to 8 passengers and 6 check-in suitcases. From 9 people we run a convoy: typically 2 × V-Class for 9–16, 3 × for 17–24, or a V-Class + E-Class mix depending on luggage — and the second vehicle comes with €10 off. Send the enquiry form and dispatch confirms the vehicle count and a single fixed price for the whole party.

• What about sports teams or events with shared luggage?+

  For sports and event groups — club or university teams, tournament check-ins — the V-Class is the right vehicle. It fits the team kit-bag pattern well — large central cabin space for shared luggage, plus the Marco-Polo variant has reclining captain's chairs for longer pre-game travel. Mention "team transfer" in the notes; we assign a driver who knows the airport-loading-zone routine for groups.

• How much does a group transfer cost compared to two regular taxis?+

  Cheaper, in almost every case. Stuttgart-Mitte to STR is €75.90 in the V-Class versus 2 × €64.90 = €129.80 for two E-Class taxis. The savings grow with distance: Tübingen is €212.90 in the V-Class versus 2 × €175.90 = €351.80 for two Standards. And the V-Class is one driver to coordinate with, one ETA to track, one payment to manage instead of two — operational simplicity matters when you're traveling with a group anyway.
