- Which service should I choose for a Stuttgart Airport transfer?
- Choose by passengers, luggage and vehicle category: Standard is Mercedes E-Class or equivalent, Premium Mercedes S-Class or equivalent. Premium supports up to 4 passengers and 3 bags. Compare the Van for more space. A name placard at main terminal arrivals applies to every class. Check the full price before payment.
- Is every service a fixed price?
- Yes. Every ride to and from Stuttgart Airport has one fixed price per vehicle class, shown before you pay — no taximeter, no airport or night surcharge. Long-distance transfers to Munich, Frankfurt, Zurich, Basel or Strasbourg get a fixed quote via the enquiry form after dispatch reviews your journey details.
- What is included in every service?
- Waiting on arrival: 15 minutes from the booked pickup time are included, after that €38 per hour — dispatch tells you before it applies. Child seats (infant carrier, child seat, booster) are free, up to three per ride, selectable in the booking form. Small pets can travel in a transport box by prior agreement; please confirm the arrangement with dispatch before booking. Booking outbound and return together saves €5.
- Do you also drive to clinics and to other airports?
- Yes. Clinic transfers to Universitätsklinikum Tübingen, Klinikum Stuttgart, Heidelberg and other hospitals are a fixed price, with or without the airport leg — for self-payers, invoice on request. The online fixed price applies to Stuttgart Airport; Munich, Frankfurt, Zurich, Basel and Strasbourg (up to about 270 km) get a fixed quote via the enquiry form.
