· About this route
Stuttgart Airport → Tübingen
Landing at Stuttgart Airport (STR) and heading to Tübingen, you get in on the arrivals level — Level 2 — where our driver waits in the arrivals area just past baggage reclaim, holding a tablet with your name. Give us your flight number when you book: STR has arrivals exits at more than one terminal, and that tells our dispatch which one to meet you at. No walking to a remote car park, no taxi-rank queue, no fare meter.
The standard route from STR to Tübingen takes the A8 west, then the B27 south via Reutlingen — about 30 to 35 minutes after midnight, 40–50 minutes during commuter peaks. Dispatch checks the published arrival time of your flight number; book the pickup about 45 minutes after the scheduled landing, and 15 minutes of waiting from that time are included.
Drop-off goes wherever you specify — your hotel (Krone, Hospiz, Schwärzlocher Hof), the Universitätsklinik for early shifts, a private address in Lustnau or Pfrondorf, or the Hauptbahnhof if you are continuing onwards. Fixed price, no rounding up, VAT-compliant invoice whenever you ask for one.

· 03 · Common questions
What travellers ask before this booking.
My flight is delayed by 90 minutes. What happens?
No charge. Dispatch checks the published landing time before the pickup; if your flight is running late, call us and the pickup moves at the same fixed price. Force-majeure delays carry no surcharge.
Where exactly does the driver wait at Stuttgart Airport?
On the arrivals level, Level 2, in the arrivals area just past baggage reclaim. The driver carries a tablet with your name. Enter your flight number when you book — Stuttgart Airport has arrivals exits at more than one terminal, and that is how our dispatch knows which one to meet you at. If you do not see the driver within 3 minutes, call the number on your confirmation — dispatch can re-route them.
Can I get dropped at a specific address in Tübingen?
Yes. The fixed price covers the door-to-door trip; enter the actual address at booking. The price is computed from the routed distance, not from "Tübingen city centre". Lustnau, Pfrondorf, Derendingen — all included.
Is there a stop included on the way?
Only by arrangement: a stop on the way — a pharmacy or a coffee — is not part of the online fixed price. Send the ride as an enquiry (/anfrage) or call dispatch — you get a fixed quote that includes the stop, and nothing is charged before you accept it.
I am arriving at 02:00 a.m. — is that a problem?
No. Our 24/7 dispatch covers night arrivals at the same fixed price as day. The driver is on standby in the arrivals area from 30 minutes before scheduled landing.
I am bringing a child — can I get a child seat?
Yes, on request at booking. Pick infant seat (0–13 kg), child seat (9–18 kg) or booster (15–36 kg) directly in the booking form — up to three per trip, free of charge. No age field, nothing to write in the notes. No extra charge.
