· About this route

Stuttgart-Feuerbach → Stuttgart Airport

Feuerbach is one of Stuttgart's working districts — factory halls, engineering offices and a dense grid of flats — and it lies 22 km north-west of Stuttgart Airport. The drive is 25–34 minutes: out of the Feuerbach valley on the B10, south on the B27 through the city and up the hill past Degerloch, then onto the airport feed. Most passengers we collect here are ending a work stay: a supplier week, a plant audit, a research visit, or a stint at one of the offices along Siemensstraße.

Plan the pickup so you are at Departures roughly two hours before a European flight and about two and a half before anything intercontinental, then subtract the drive. In practice that puts a 07:00 departure at a 04:15 or 04:30 collection, which is also the quietest time on the corridor. The price is fixed the moment you book — 92,90 € Standard, 106,90 € Van, 125,90 € Premium S-Class, including 7 % VAT — and it is the same at four in the morning as at four in the afternoon. No night rate, no airport fee, no card charge.

Give the booking form a street address rather than a district name. Feuerbach has one-way loops, and the larger works sites have more than one entrance. The exact door decides whether the driver stops at your feet or two streets away. Luggage is loaded by the driver, not by you. At the airport the driver pulls onto the departures level and unloads at the kerb, so you step out with your bags already in hand.

· 03 · Common questions

What travellers ask before this booking.

Which way does the driver go, and what can slow it down?

The standard run is the B10 out of Feuerbach, the B27 south through the city centre and up past Degerloch, then the airport feed — 22 km, 25–34 minutes. What stretches it is the Pragsattel junction in the morning peak, the long-running construction around the Hauptbahnhof (main station), and Friday afternoons on the B27 climb. When the corridor is blocked the driver swings west through Vaihingen instead — a few minutes longer, but moving; the fixed price does not change either way.

How much earlier should I book the pickup for a morning flight?

Between 06:30 and 08:30 the corridor into the city fills up, so add fifteen to twenty minutes on top of the 25–34 minutes if you travel in that window. Before six in the morning it runs clean. Our own rule of thumb: for a 06:00 departure, a 03:30 pickup from Feuerbach; for a 09:00 departure, 06:00. Take the earlier slot if you are checking bags.

Where in Feuerbach can you actually pick up?

Anywhere with a street address: flats, hotels, works gates, Bahnhof Stuttgart-Feuerbach, the Robert-Bosch-Krankenhaus (hospital), the square at Wiener Platz. For a factory or clinic site, name the gate or entrance in the booking notes — visitor entrances and goods entrances can sit several hundred metres apart, and a plant gate at 05:00 is not the place to start improvising.

Would the S-Bahn not be cheaper from Feuerbach?

Cheaper, yes. Feuerbach is on the S-Bahn, but no airport line stops here: you ride into the Hauptbahnhof and change to the airport line on the same platform. That is still two trains with your suitcases, and the first departures of the day are tight for an early flight. We are the door-to-Departures option, not the budget one — the trade is money for certainty.

How many passengers and suitcases fit which class?

Standard takes up to 4 passengers and 3 suitcases. Premium S-Class has the same capacity — 4 passengers, 3 suitcases — in a larger, quieter car. Van takes 8 passengers and 8 suitcases and is the answer for a team, a family, or anyone whose luggage runs past three cases. Child seats occupy a seat: two adults plus two child seats is a four-person booking. Add them with the child-seat stepper in the booking form — they cost nothing, and if the combination outgrows the class the form moves you up to the Van by itself.

What happens if my plans change or the trip is called off?

To move a pickup time, call or message the dispatch number on your confirmation, as early as you can, and we shift the slot where the schedule allows. If the trip is off: cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and you get the full fare back; between 6 and 24 hours we refund 50 %; under 6 hours, or if nobody is at the address, there is no refund. The cancellation runs through the link in your confirmation email — no account, no login.

How do I pay, and what does the receipt show?

The card is charged when you book, not in the car, so there is no meter, no cash and no end-of-ride arithmetic in a language you may not read. The receipt states the fixed fare and the 7 % VAT contained in it — German passenger transport is taxed at 7 % up to and including 50 kilometres, or within a single municipality, and 19 % above that, and at 22 km this route sits in the lower band. That receipt satisfies most expense systems.
