A taxi ride to the clinic, priced before you leave.
A clinic transfer is a normal fixed-price ride with a clinic as pickup or destination: Universitätsklinikum Tübingen, Klinikum Stuttgart, Robert-Bosch-Krankenhaus, Filderklinik, Klinikum Esslingen, Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg or any other hospital in the region. Enter the address, see the price for Standard, Van and Premium, book — the amount is locked.
Many of our clinic rides start or end at Stuttgart Airport: a relative flying in for a visit, a patient arriving for a planned admission, a discharge straight to the departures level. You book it as one transfer; the fixed price covers the whole route including the airport access road.
What we are not: an ambulance or an insurance-billed patient transport. We carry no medical equipment and do not settle with health insurers. Anyone who can sit in a normal car seat is welcome; wheelchair users transfer to a seat and the folded wheelchair travels in the boot.

Planned admission or discharge
You know the date and time. Book the ride the same way you book the appointment; free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup if the plan changes.
Regular appointments without driving yourself
Dialysis, therapy blocks, check-ups: a fixed price per ride and, for companies and care facilities, one consolidated invoice per month.

From €45.90 — the same fixed price as any address.
A clinic is an address like any other: the Filderklinik or Klinikum Esslingen costs the same as a private address nearby, Universitätsklinikum Tübingen the same as Tübingen. The booking form shows the fixed price for your exact route the moment you enter it.

What people ask before booking.
Do you drive to hospitals and clinics as well as the airport?
Yes. A clinic transfer is a normal fixed-price ride: you enter the clinic address as pickup or destination and see the price before you book — for example Universitätsklinikum Tübingen, Klinikum Stuttgart, Robert-Bosch-Krankenhaus, Filderklinik, Klinikum Esslingen or Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg. Combined with Stuttgart Airport in one booking or as a plain city ride on request.
Is this an ambulance or an insurance-covered patient transport?
No. We are a taxi operator: you pay the fixed price yourself and can ask for a § 14 UStG invoice. We do not bill health insurers and carry no medical equipment. Anyone who can sit in a normal car seat is welcome — wheelchair users transfer to a seat, the folded wheelchair travels in the boot.
Can a relative or companion ride along?
Yes, at no extra cost within the seat count of the class: up to 4 passengers in Standard and Premium, up to 8 in the Van. The price is per vehicle, not per person.
What if the appointment runs late?
Book the pickup for the time you expect to be ready; 15 minutes of waiting after the booked time are included, after that we charge €38 per hour. If you know earlier that it will take longer, call dispatch and we move the pickup at the same fixed price.
Do you help with luggage and boarding?
Yes. The driver helps with bags, walking aids and getting in and out, and drives to the entrance you name — main entrance, ward building or emergency admission. Mention special needs in the booking notes.
Can I book regular clinic rides for a company or a care facility?
Yes, via a corporate account: cost-centre coding, one monthly consolidated invoice and SEPA payment terms. Details under /geschaeftskunden/firmen.
