Arriving at Stuttgart Airport from the UK or Ireland

Read the arrival time for Stuttgart on your airline confirmation. Do not copy the departure time from the UK or Ireland into the pickup field. Use the Europe/Berlin time zone and check the date again if your journey or planned pickup crosses midnight.

For a regular terminal arrival, we recommend pickup 45 minutes after scheduled landing. This is a planning allowance for leaving the aircraft, possible border checks and baggage collection, not a promise that those steps will take exactly that long. Allow more time if your circumstances require it.

Flight details help dispatch identify your arrival; they do not enable automatic flight tracking or an automatic pickup change. Send any new flight number, local date and expected arrival time with your booking reference and ask dispatch to confirm a revised pickup.

For ordinary terminal pickups, the driver meets you in public arrivals on Level 2, after baggage reclaim, with a sign bearing the guest’s name. This applies to Standard, Premium and Van. Follow the instructions in your booking confirmation and contact dispatch if you cannot identify the driver.

Give a reachable mobile number with country code and save the confirmation offline. A name sign helps with the meeting, while a phone contact is useful when baggage or the flight is delayed. The included 15 minutes of waiting start at the booked pickup time; additional waiting can be charged.

Standard and Premium each accommodate up to 4 passengers and 3 suitcases. The Van accommodates up to 8 passengers and 6 included suitcases, with a seventh suitcase possible at extra cost. Count children as passengers and request child seats when booking. Ask about bulky luggage before relying on it fitting.

For a company visit, confirm the visitor entrance or gate. For a late hotel arrival, arrange access with reception separately. A transfer does not change hotel check-in hours. Specific driver-language needs should be discussed before travelling; the language of the website is not a guarantee of the assigned driver’s languages.

Use your airline’s check-in, baggage-drop and boarding instructions to decide when to reach STR. Subtract the expected drive and a traffic allowance to choose pickup at the hotel. Complete checkout and have bags ready beforehand. Do not put the aircraft departure time in the pickup field.

Online bookings are prepaid and require at least 2 hours of notice. For shorter notice or an unusual itinerary, enquire about availability. An invoice is available on request in every vehicle class. Corporate billing processes require separate agreement rather than being created by an invoice request.
