B27 → A8 east is default. When the city tunnel has rush-hour congestion we re-route via B14 → Vaihingen → A831 → A8 — adds 5 minutes but avoids the bottleneck. Both routes within the fixed price.
Pick-up at Hauptbahnhof — at the Bonatzbau exit or the Arnulf-Klett-Platz?
Either. Default is the Arnulf-Klett-Platz taxi rank (the one you see when you exit the main entrance). For travellers arriving by ICE on Tracks 9–16, the Bonatzbau back-exit on Lautenschlager Straße is closer; specify in the booking notes.
I am at the Maritim. Will the driver wait for the bellhop loading?
Yes — up to 10 minutes free. Larger luggage handovers (multiple bags + golf + ski) take time, the driver expects this for hotel pickups. We have done the Maritim run hundreds of times; the driver knows the porte cochère.
My meeting at SAP/Bosch is in Vaihingen, not Mitte. Same price?
