Give us your flight number at booking — the airport has arrivals exits at more than one terminal, and that is how dispatch knows which one to send the driver to. Call dispatch if you do not see them within 3 minutes.

Only by arrangement: a stop on the way — say, to pick up keys at the office — is not part of the online fixed price. Send the ride as an enquiry (/anfrage) or call dispatch — you get a fixed quote that includes the stop, and nothing is charged before you accept it.

Default buffer is 45 minutes after scheduled landing. For non-EU arrivals (passport control + customs declaration) we recommend booking with a 60-minute buffer instead — set the pickup time accordingly. From the booked pickup time, 15 minutes of waiting are included.
