More than 24 hours before the pickup, cancel and the full amount goes back to the card. Between 6 and 24 hours, half comes back. Under 6 hours, or if nobody is at the address at the agreed time, there is no refund. If the flight simply moves, ask dispatch to shift the pickup instead of cancelling — a new slot on the same booking is usually the simpler and cheaper route.
