- Check the entrance for your event. Request journeys without the airport and itineraries with additional stops before assuming a vehicle is reserved.
- Fair or hotel → STR
- Include walking time and any hotel luggage collection when planning for your flight. Extra stops need an agreed arrangement.

Questions before you book
Do I need a taxi between STR and the exhibition centre?
The fairgrounds are next to the airport and many visitors can walk. Check the entrance open for your event and your actual route. A hotel elsewhere, extra luggage or mobility needs agreed with dispatch may make a pre-booked vehicle useful.
Which exhibitions do these guides cover?
Start with CMT, R+T and LogiMAT at Messe Stuttgart. The organiser supplies current event dates, admission and venue access information. Our service is an independently booked passenger transfer, with no official event partnership claimed here.
Can I book before travelling to Germany?
Yes. Use Stuttgart local time and supply the travelling guest’s reachable phone number. The booking website supports English, Turkish, Italian, French, Spanish, Greek, Polish and Croatian. These event guides are in English; dispatch communicates in German and English.
Can I arrange hotel-to-fair travel for several days?
Send each date, pickup time, full address, fair entrance, passenger count and luggage as an enquiry. Dispatch checks availability and price. A direct airport booking does not automatically include daily shuttles, waiting or further stops.
Will I receive a company invoice?
Request the invoice using your booking reference and billing address. Agree any cost-centre information or grouping of related journeys before booking. Do not assume that several fair visitors automatically form one billing group.
