For LogiMAT Stuttgart on 16–18 March 2027, start your transfer plan with the flight date and the exact hotel address. Messe Stuttgart is next to STR, so a car is not always needed between the terminal and the fair. Accommodation elsewhere and the return airport journey are separate travel needs.
Book a direct airport journey with the actual date, Stuttgart pickup time, travellers and luggage. Review the total before paying online. For hotel-to-fair transport, extra business visits or several coordinated arrivals, send the itinerary as an enquiry so dispatch can confirm availability and the offered arrangement.
Arrival day is not necessarily the first fair day
Your hotel check-in, a supplier appointment or an exhibitor preparation day may be before the exhibition opens. Use the date of the actual flight for your airport pickup. An event date shown on a guide is context, not a date automatically selected for every passenger arriving for that fair.
For international arrivals, allow time for immigration where applicable, baggage reclaim and walking into the public arrivals area. Around 45 minutes after scheduled landing is a planning guide. Your optional flight number helps identify the journey, but it does not replace an agreed pickup time or confirmed changes.
Choose an entrance and a reachable meeting point
Check the organiser’s instructions for the entrance serving your visit. A hall or stand reference helps with walking inside the grounds, while a car needs an accessible meeting point. At the end of the day, account for the walk from your final appointment and where the whole group can actually meet.
If you visit a company before or after LogiMAT, use its visitor address and the relevant contact. Company headquarters, goods delivery and the reception for guests may be different locations. Send additional legs to dispatch; they are not automatically included in an airport-to-hotel booking.
Passenger luggage and exhibition equipment
Count personal cases, laptop bags and extra samples when selecting a vehicle. Ask about large technical equipment or display containers with dimensions before booking. More seats do not establish unlimited luggage space, and a passenger vehicle is not an automatic substitute for a freight or exhibition delivery service.
If your colleagues arrive independently, specify whether you need separate pickups or one agreed group departure. A clear list of dates, times, addresses and contacts helps dispatch check the appropriate vehicles. Avoid a plan that assumes a driver can wait for several unrelated flights without prior agreement.
Returning to STR after the final appointment
Choose a pickup time that includes the walk out of the fair and the airport procedures needed for your flight. If luggage is at a hotel, include that stop in an enquiry. A direct fair-to-airport journey and an itinerary through another address have different requirements and must not be treated as the same quoted ride.
Keep the booking reference and traveller contact available. A company invoice is issued on request; discuss cost centres or grouping related rides beforehand. Payment confirmation, event admission and a requested invoice serve different purposes, so share the actual transfer confirmation with the person taking the car.

Yes. This guide concerns the 16–18 March 2027 exhibition at Messe Stuttgart. Other international LogiMAT events have their own locations and dates. Compare the organiser’s details with your ticket and hotel before arranging a transfer.
Can I book airport, hotel and fair journeys together?
Send a leg-by-leg itinerary if you need several stops or journeys without the airport. Dispatch checks the request and confirms the offered arrangement. A direct airport transfer price does not automatically cover a multi-day or multi-stop schedule.
Do I need a car from Stuttgart Airport to Messe Stuttgart?
The exhibition grounds are beside STR and many visitors can walk from the terminal. Check which entrance is open for your event and the actual walking route. A pre-booked car is more relevant for a hotel elsewhere, another destination, or mobility and luggage requirements agreed with dispatch. A road journey and a pedestrian route have different distances.
How do I book my airport-to-hotel transfer?
Enter the full hotel address, Stuttgart pickup date and time, passengers and luggage. Review the total for that specific journey before paying online. A fare example to the exhibition centre is not a blanket price for every hotel. After successful payment, you receive a booking confirmation. For more than one stop, send an enquiry first.
Can I arrange hotel-to-fair journeys and several appointments?
Yes, send an enquiry with each date, time, full address and traveller contact. Dispatch checks availability, vehicle requirements and price. Hotel-to-fair journeys without the airport and additional stops need an agreed offer. An enquiry, admission ticket or hotel reservation does not itself confirm a car, a daily shuttle or waiting time.
Where will I meet the driver at STR?
For main-terminal pickups, all vehicle classes meet in the public arrivals area with a name board. Allow time for immigration, baggage reclaim and walking; around 45 minutes after scheduled landing is a planning guide. Your flight number is optional. Contact dispatch to agree and confirm any changed pickup time rather than assuming a delay automatically moves the booking.
Can I book from abroad or for a colleague?
Yes. Use Stuttgart local time and give a reachable mobile number for the travelling guest. Share the confirmed pickup details with them. The website and booking are available in English, Turkish, Italian, French, Spanish, Greek, Polish and Croatian; this event guide is in English. Dispatch communicates in German and English. Available payment methods appear at checkout; bank authorisation may be required.
Will our team and exhibition samples fit in one vehicle?
Enter both people and luggage, including personal bags. Ask dispatch to check large sample cases or unusual items with their dimensions before booking. Seat count alone does not guarantee cargo space. Exhibition freight, stand assembly and access to loading areas are not automatically included in a passenger transfer. Request a suitable arrangement for several vehicles or special requirements.
Can my company receive an invoice?
Request an invoice using the booking reference and supply the billing address. Agree cost-centre details, purchase-order references or grouping of related journeys before booking. A company invoice does not by itself establish the customer category. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the contract conditions; any refund follows manual review and approval.
