Travelling to R+T Stuttgart from abroad? The announced dates are 15–19 February 2027 at Messe Stuttgart. Plan the airport-to-hotel journey around your actual flight and accommodation, then arrange any hotel-to-fair trips separately. The exhibition is beside STR, but hotels used for a visit can be across the wider region.
You can book a direct airport transfer online after checking the full address, date, people and luggage. For a team arriving on different flights or an itinerary with several stops, send the individual legs to dispatch. An agreed offer defines the vehicles and journeys; the event name alone does not reserve transport.
Make sure the booking is for Stuttgart
The R+T name also appears on international events outside Germany. Use the Stuttgart event and your own ticket when checking dates, venue and accommodation. Do not copy another city’s arrival instructions into the booking. This guide concerns Messe Stuttgart and airport transfers to or from STR.
Check the open entrance for the day you attend. Exhibition halls, loading access and public entrances serve different purposes. A stand number helps you navigate inside the venue but is not enough to establish an accessible roadside pickup point for a passenger car.
One travelling group or several arrivals?
List separate flights, requested pickup times and guest contacts. If you want everyone to travel in one vehicle, agree a shared time that works for the group. An early arrival does not mean unlimited driver waiting, and independent bookings are not automatically combined because their passengers attend the same trade fair.
A colleague or assistant can organise the journey, but the traveller needs the confirmed meeting instructions. Use Stuttgart local time and a reachable phone number. Flight number entry is optional. If the plan changes, contact dispatch and obtain confirmation instead of assuming the car will move to a later time.
Samples, cases and fair access
For a visit involving product samples or demonstration items, describe what is travelling with the passengers. Long, heavy or unusually shaped pieces may need a different arrangement. Ask dispatch to check dimensions and quantity; a vehicle’s passenger capacity is not a promise that every exhibition item will fit beside a full team.
Loading permits, exhibitor passes and access to halls come from the organiser. We do not include stand delivery or freight handling simply because the destination is a trade fair. Agree an accessible handover point, and keep any separate delivery arrangements distinct from the passenger itinerary.
Plan the return and the invoice request
Choose a pickup point you can reach after your final appointment and allow time for a possible hotel luggage collection. A direct journey to the airport can be booked with its actual details. If the itinerary includes another address, request the additional stop rather than applying the direct transfer price to the whole schedule.
Give dispatch any required company reference or special billing request in advance. Invoices are available on request. Several attendees from one employer do not automatically create a consolidated invoice or a single group booking; the agreed journeys and billing arrangement need to match.

Can a team arrange daily hotel-to-R+T travel?
Send the hotel address, fair entrance, dates, pickup times, passenger count and luggage to dispatch. Each leg needs an agreed price and availability. Do not assume a car stays with the group between appointments unless that arrangement is confirmed.
Do I need a car from Stuttgart Airport to Messe Stuttgart?
The exhibition grounds are beside STR and many visitors can walk from the terminal. Check which entrance is open for your event and the actual walking route. A pre-booked car is more relevant for a hotel elsewhere, another destination, or mobility and luggage requirements agreed with dispatch. A road journey and a pedestrian route have different distances.
How do I book my airport-to-hotel transfer?
Enter the full hotel address, Stuttgart pickup date and time, passengers and luggage. Review the total for that specific journey before paying online. A fare example to the exhibition centre is not a blanket price for every hotel. After successful payment, you receive a booking confirmation. For more than one stop, send an enquiry first.
Can I arrange hotel-to-fair journeys and several appointments?
Yes, send an enquiry with each date, time, full address and traveller contact. Dispatch checks availability, vehicle requirements and price. Hotel-to-fair journeys without the airport and additional stops need an agreed offer. An enquiry, admission ticket or hotel reservation does not itself confirm a car, a daily shuttle or waiting time.
Where will I meet the driver at STR?
For main-terminal pickups, all vehicle classes meet in the public arrivals area with a name board. Allow time for immigration, baggage reclaim and walking; around 45 minutes after scheduled landing is a planning guide. Your flight number is optional. Contact dispatch to agree and confirm any changed pickup time rather than assuming a delay automatically moves the booking.
Can I book from abroad or for a colleague?
Yes. Use Stuttgart local time and give a reachable mobile number for the travelling guest. Share the confirmed pickup details with them. Available payment methods appear at checkout; bank authorisation may be required.
Will our team and exhibition samples fit in one vehicle?
Enter both people and luggage, including personal bags. Ask dispatch to check large sample cases or unusual items with their dimensions before booking. Seat count alone does not guarantee cargo space. Exhibition freight, stand assembly and access to loading areas are not automatically included in a passenger transfer. Request a suitable arrangement for several vehicles or special requirements.
Can my company receive an invoice?
Request an invoice using the booking reference and supply the billing address. Agree cost-centre details, purchase-order references or grouping of related journeys before booking. A company invoice does not by itself establish the customer category. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the contract conditions; any refund follows manual review and approval.
