Stuttgart Airport → Filderstadt.

8–12 minutes from the airport kerb to your address, depending on the Stadtteil. Bernhausen and Sielmingen are immediately north (8 minutes); Bonlanden and Plattenhardt are 11 minutes; Harthausen is 14. No traffic-related variation matters at this distance.

In the arrivals area on Level 2, a short walk from the baggage-claim exit, where the driver stands with a board showing your name. Enter your flight number at booking so dispatch knows which of the arrivals exits to send the driver to.

No. The fixed-price is per route, not per hour. Driver waits 15 minutes after the booked pickup time at no charge. Beyond that, call dispatch and we re-slot the pickup without a surcharge — the original fixed price applies to the new slot.

The Stuttgart meter charges the same rate day and night — no night tariff and no airport surcharge exist in the tariff ordinance. What a meter trip from STR to Bernhausen costs depends on traffic and is only known on arrival. Our fixed price — €45.90 in the Standard class — is locked at booking, so you know it before you land — that certainty, not a discount, is the point.

Yes — door-to-door drop is the default. The driver knows the residential side-streets across all 5 Stadtteile and adjusts the routing for one-way streets that reverse after 21:00. Same fixed price as the daytime drop.

You enter the flight number at booking; dispatch checks its published arrival time before the pickup — there is no live flight-data feed. Book the pickup about 45 minutes after the scheduled landing; 15 minutes of waiting from that time are included, and if customs takes longer, call dispatch and the pickup moves at the same fixed price.
