Enter your flight number when you book, because Stuttgart Airport has arrivals exits at more than one terminal and that tells dispatch which one to send the driver to. If you do not spot them within a few minutes, ring the dispatch number on your confirmation.

We do not track flights, and we say so openly rather than promise something we would not control. The pickup time you enter is the time dispatch works to, so set it about 45 minutes after the scheduled landing — that covers passport control and the baggage belt on a normal day. Each is the complete door-to-door trip, priced for the vehicle rather than per person, and each already contains 19 % VAT. There is no night rate, no airport surcharge and no card fee. The amount is charged when you book, so nothing is negotiated at the kerb in Heidelberg.

German law splits passenger transport in two: 7 % for journeys up to 50 kilometres or entirely within one municipality, 19 % for anything longer. At 130 km this trip sits on the 19 % side, and the rate is stored per booking so your finance department can reconcile it. The tax is already inside the fixed price — nothing is added afterwards.

Standard takes up to 4 passengers with 3 suitcases. Premium, an S-Class, also seats 4 with 3 suitcases and buys you a quieter 90 minutes rather than more room for bags. The Van takes 8 passengers and 8 suitcases and is the honest choice for a family with hold luggage or a team arriving together. If you are between two classes, book the Van at 693,90 € rather than gamble on the boot.

Yes. Set the number of child seats directly in the booking form — they have their own stepper and cost nothing. Each seat occupies a passenger seat and counts towards the vehicle total, so two adults plus two seated children already fill a Standard car; if your group plus seats outgrows the class, the form moves the booking up to the Van by itself.

Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and the full amount goes back to the same card. Between 6 and 24 hours before, half is refunded. Under 6 hours, or if nobody appears in the arrivals area, there is no refund — the car and driver were held for you. A change of time or drop-off address is handled by dispatch instead: contact us and we amend the booking.
