Waiblingen → Stuttgart Airport.

Use 28–38 minutes for roughly 26 km as a guide, rather than a guaranteed arrival time. Your pickup address, roadworks and traffic affect the journey. Choose the pickup time using your airline’s guidance, baggage requirements and walking time at the airport; the road route depends on conditions.

Enter the address on your invitation, including the plant and agreed visitor entrance: Plant 1 lists Badstraße 115, while Plant 2 lists Andreas-Stihl-Straße 4. Ask your host where you can meet the vehicle with luggage. A booking reference does not grant site access; agree on an accessible meeting point before the journey.

Journeys can be booked around the clock. Online bookings require at least 2 hours’ notice; for shorter notice, ask dispatch and have the journey confirmed. Choose your pickup time for your particular flight and airline’s guidance. There is no night surcharge for the agreed journey; check the total before paying.

Send all full addresses in the required order, your airport arrival deadline, passenger numbers and luggage through /anfrage. Dispatch checks the itinerary, vehicle and total price in advance. A single Waiblingen journey price does not cover additional stops or other towns.

Enter the company name and full billing address when booking. Pay through the regular online flow and request the invoice with the booking reference. Discuss special billing requirements with dispatch in advance: /geschaeftskunden/firmen.
