Stuttgart Airport → Ulm.

In the arrivals area on Level 2, on the public side of the sliding doors, holding a name board with the surname from your booking. Stuttgart Airport has arrivals exits at more than one terminal, so the flight number is optional; if provided, it helps dispatch identify your arrival. If three or four minutes pass without you spotting the board, stay where you are and call the dispatch number on your confirmation.

Schedule pickup at least 45 minutes after the planned landing. This is a planning allowance for checks and baggage, not a guaranteed clearance time. The included 15 minutes of waiting start at the booked pickup time. Report delays early and have any revised pickup confirmed by dispatch. Additional waiting can be charged.

For the 80 km route, allow about 60–75 min as a planning guide. Traffic and the final address affect the actual duration. Add time for the walk to your clinic, campus building or onward connection rather than treating the driving estimate as a guaranteed arrival time.

The displayed examples start from €366.90 for Standard, €512.90 for Premium and €437.90 as the Van estimate, including VAT. Check the total for your actual booking details before paying. Further stops or changes to the journey need prior agreement with dispatch.

Standard accommodates up to 4 passengers and 3 suitcases; Premium up to 4 passengers and 3 suitcases. The Van accommodates up to 8 passengers with 6 suitcases included. Count children as passengers and enter child seats and luggage separately. Have bulky items or assistance requirements confirmed before booking.

Private customers: free at least 24 hours before pickup; 50% cancellation fee from 6 to less than 24 hours; 100% less than 6 hours before pickup or for a no-show. Business customers: 50% cancellation fee from binding booking; 100% less than 24 hours before pickup or for a no-show. Cancellation ends the journey booking. Refunds follow manual review and approval. Statutory and contractual rights remain unaffected. You may demonstrate a lower loss or no loss.

Use the specific company, campus or clinic address from your invitation. Distinguish the hospital sites at Oberer Eselsberg and Michelsberg, and confirm an accessible entrance with your host. Arrange any required visitor registration in advance. Neu-Ulm is a separate town; enter its actual address and check the resulting quote.
